The background of the tags are sponged with the ink. All images are colorized with copic markers and hand cut. The horse and farmer and popped up on the tags.

Cheerleader Birthday
Good Morning Ladies,
Another day, Another adventure in life. What will today bring? The question on my mind right now. It feels like it's going to be a great day!
My card for today is Cheerleader Birthday.
Here it is....
This card started with the cheerleader image from Totally Stampalicious. What a cutie she is. I stamped her on bristol paper and colorized her with copic markers. She was then cut with a spellbinders die set. I stamped the sentiment around her in black momento ink. The rest of the sentiment is stamped on red card stock and cut with the same die set. My background card stock is red and glitter black. I created pom poms using one of the Cheery Lynn cutie fringe flower dies. I think this flower makes a great pom pom.
This is the inside of my card.

Giant Schnauzer Dog
Good Morning Ladies,
I was off at a dog show this past holiday weekend. And then things got crazy busy when I got home. It was a fun dog show and Windy did well. The new camper is great.
Now back to my regular life. Today I have a Giant Schnauzer Dog card for you. And here it is....
I love working with dies and stamps together. The Giant Schnauzer and blue ribbon are from Dog Stamps Plus. The dog was stamped on bristol paper and colorized with Prisma pencil and Gamsol. He was then hand cut. The blue ribbon was stamped and embossed with blue embossing powder. Also hand cut. The birch tree die and the fence die are by Memory Box. I love fences and recently added this die to my collection. The birch trees is also a new die. I added prima flowers with rhinestones for centers to the birch trees.

Graphics 45 Botanicabella Sea Life
Good Morning Ladies,
It rained while I was sleeping again. Things should be growing like wild this week. I stopped by mom and dad's house yesterday. My dad's gardens are starting to bloom. I took a few pictures with my phone. Soon it will be all flowers.
My card for today is Graphics 45 Botanicabella Sea Life
Graphics 45 makes it so you can use their pads and no other embellishments. You can make beautiful cards and scrapbook pages with ease. For this card I cut the fish, sea horse, and star fish from the large collage page in the pad. The fish was mounted on gold card stock and then cut again. The same was used for the sea horse only rust card stock was used. All edges were inked with a brown cat's eye ink pad.

Doggy Bag Lunch Sack
Good Morning Ladies,
Looks like it could rain again today. I guess that is good for the flowers and veggie gardens everyone else has planted.
Today I have a project of a different kind Doggy Bag Lunch Sack
This is just a fun project that is simple and here it is....
The base of my project is a brown paper lunch sack. You know the kind you used to pack a lunch in to go on a field trip. My stamping surface is the packing out of an x-ray box. It is heavier than bristol paper and has some bulk to it. The dog is a Viva Las Vegas image. Another one I got in a grab bag. He is colorized with Copic markers. I'm not sure where the letter set I stamped is from. This was stamped some time ago. This was just plain fun to create.
A close-up of the dinning dog.

Lucy and Ethel
Good Morning Ladies,
I must have slept well. It looks like we got quite a bit of rain and I didn't even hear it. I let the dogs out and the first I knew it rained was when they came in with wet backs.
My card today is Lucy and Ethel
This image is from Viva Las Vegas Stamps. A fun stamp I received in one of their grab bags. The grab bags are so much fun. You never know what you will get. I stamped this image on Bristol paper and colorized it with Prisma pencil and Gamsol. It was then hand cut. The candy factory scene is one everyone remembers. This was matted with a spellbinders set. Simply framed to let this scene stand on it's own. The sentiments on this card are from Hero Arts.

Wish Upon A Star
Good Morning Ladies,
Another beautiful Monday! I was pretty busy this weekend with the new camper. Dave is working hard to get it ready for this coming weekend. Yes there is a dog show.
Today's card is Wish Upon A Star
This card was started using the Wish Upon A Star tag. This tag came from a collage pack. I added a copper rivet to the tag. I then inked the edges. The background is card stock made to be distressed. So I took my sanding block and did some distressing. I added a copper star paperclip to the tag. My purple stars are tiles. I used liquid pearls to create the illusion of smaller stars. A ribbon tied at the bottom supports the roses created from a Sizzix die.

Graphics 45 Playtime Past Doll House
Good Morning Ladies,
I'm a little slow on the take this morning. I have been doing laundry while I wait for Dave to get home. Then it is off to get the new hitch, brake, and sway bars set up on the truck and camper. I will then be ready to head out next weekend to the dog show.
My card for today is Graphics 45 Playtime Past Doll House
This card was created using the Graphics 45 pad playtimes past. As you all know I love Graphics 45. I have been saving all of these pads because they are so beautiful. But recently I have decided it is better to create with them so others can enjoy these beautiful designs too. I took the lined piece and used it for my background. At the bottom I added the checked punch out border. The doll house was cut from the first paper in the pad. This fit on my 5 by 7 card base perfect. Lending to the antique feel I added lace and roses to the top. The roses were created using a Sizzix die. I added pearls for the centers of the roses.
The roses and lace.
This is the inside of my card.
Most of my cards sentiments work this way.... I create the card and then I wait til a feeling is evoked by it. Then I am prepared to pick out a sentiment. This seems to work for me.

Joan's Challenge Yellow and White Butterflies
Good Morning Ladies,
The weekend has arrived. A little rest this weekend would be nice and I think that just might happen.
To start the day off I am posting a card for Joan's Challenge.
Here is a link to the challenge Joan's Challenge Yellow and White Butterflies http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/05/this-weeks-challenge_16.html
The requirements this week are:
Use yellow and white as your color theme
Use at least two butterflies
Use some polka dots
Use some kind of swirl(s)
Use something sold at Joans
Here is my entry
This was a fun card to create. My image is from Mostly Animals. This company went out of business a few years back. They were one of my favorite companies. My mats were created using a yellow textured card stock, white card stock, and a yellow and white polka dot paper. Those are my polka dots. My swirls were created using the Cheery Lynn die B117S Mini Fanciful Flourish. I purchased this die at Joans Garden. This was cut in yellow and white card stock. A pearl sprig was added to my flowers. The flowers were created using the Cheery Lynn die B257 Cuttie Fringe 3. This is a recent die purchase from Joans. A really fun flower that I will use over and over again. It was cut in yellow card stock. A pearl was added to the center of each flower. My butterflies were created using the Cheery Lynn die B266 Tiny Things With Wings. They were cut from yellow and white card stock. This die was purchased at Joans. It came in my last shipment. In this set you get a Butterfly, a bee, two dragonflies, a lady bug, and two humming birds. All card sized. What a great mix of dies in one package! To purchase the things die and much more go to http://www.atjoansgardens.com/
A close up of my giraffe and a better look at my swirls.
Here is a close up of my yellow butterfly.
Thanks for the challenge Joan and Selma! You always take my creating to a new level.

Malamute Dog Sympathy
Good Morning Ladies,
It's Friday and the weekend is heading my way. I'm not sure exactly what the plans are but I'm sure it will be a full weekend.
My card for today is Malamute Dog Sympathy
Red and black were my color choices for this card. I already had the poppies done from some time ago. They are stamped on white card stock and colorized with Copic markers. Each one was then hand cut. I did these so long ago I don't remember the stamp company. Underneath them is a circle die cut with a spellbinders die set. These flowers encircle a Malamute dog. Stamped on bristol paper, colorized with Prisma pencil and gamsol this image from Grey Wolf Graphics hits the spot once again. The bottom of the red card stock is punched with an ek success border punch. A black ribbon tied above the heart border tops this card off.
This is the inside sentiment.\

Blue and Gold Macaw
Good Morning Ladies,
I have been making rolled flowers to add to my stash. I do this every so often. Then I don't always have to stop to make flowers. I seem to do this when creativity has left the building.
My card for you today is Blue and Gold Macaw
To create this card I stamped the Macaw on bristol paper and colorized him with Prisma pencil and gamsol. The macaw image is from Grey Wolf Graphics. This is my new cutie flower die from Cheery Lynn that I purchased at Joan's. I used a light weight cardstock to create these flowers. Pearls look great a as a center in these flowers. The olive branch die is from Cheery Lynn. A tropical card for upcoming summer.
A close-up of the flowers. They are just so fun.

Mushroom Fairy Castle with Pegasus
Good Morning Ladies,
The wind is moving my chimes around this morning and they are making wonderful sounds. It is a nice warm morning.
My card for today is Mushroom Fairy Castle with Pegasus
This card is a combination of things from my extra pieces archive. Sometimes I make more than one and it gets put into a container and not used. It is rare I make two of the same card. I do however use images over and over. I don';t believe I have used this castle. I remember I stamped this one image and did not like it at the time. Rediscovered I now love it.The castle image is from Impression Obsession. It was stamped on bristol paper and colorized with Prisma pencil and gamsol. The wood grain background was created with a Tim Holtz embossing folder. I don't recall what company the Pegasus is from. He is stamped on heavy weight vellum and painted with twinkling H2O's. He was then hand cut. Vellum is hard to attach but I used Beacon 3 in 1 glue. You can not see it thru the vellum. Brown and green ribbon grace the bottom of the card and are layered. A single rose created from a sizzix die tops this card off.

Fox in the Woods
Good Morning Ladies,
I received my new order of dies from Joan's the other day. I am working my way through them as they work on my cards. I have included one in today's scene stamping.
My card for today is Fox in the Woods
I stamped this scene a while back and had not used it. I ran across it looking for something else so I pulled it out. And this is the card I created. The fox was stamped first on bristol paper. The fox image is from Grey Wolf Graphics. One of my favorite companies. I then masked him. Once he was masked I stamped the tree image twice over the top. The tree trunk image is from Stampscapes. I pulled my mask off and colorized the scene with Prisma pencil and gamsol. This panel was matted with brown and blue card stock. The leaf die is gentle leaf from Memory Box. This is one of my new dies from Joans. For the finishing touch I added a rolled flower created with a Memory Box die and Graphics 45 cardstock. The word explore is from Fiskars. Stamped at the top to evoke the feeling of the scene.
This is a close up of my flower.

Sled Dog Sleeping Under The Stars
Good Morning Ladies,
It's Monday again. A fresh start...a new week. I went to my booth at the co-op shoppes yesterday. Pulled out the tree and put in a wicker rocker. The tree will go back in for Christmas in July.
My card for today is Sled Dog Sleeping Under The Stars
This dog is from Dog Stamps Plus. He is curled up sleeping. He is stamped on bristol paper and colorized with prisma pencil and gamsol. I then hand cut him. The background was created using a Stampscapes stamp. It was embossed with Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powder. Two trees cut from a spellbinder die sit behind the sleeping dog. Glitter paper was torn to create the snow beneath him. Matted out in black glitter card stock, white pearl card stock, and purple card stock to finish this card off.

Joan's Challenge Red, Black, and White
Good Morning Ladies,
Happy Mother's Day to all of you moms out there! I hope you get lots hugs from your children!
Today I have a card for Joan's Challenge Red, Black, and White
You can see and enter the challenge here... http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/05/this-weeks-challenge_9.html
The requirements this week are:
Make a flower using Vellum
Use the colors Red, Black, and White
Use a die-cut border
Use a sentiment
Use something sold at http://www.atjoansgardens.com/
Here is my challenge card...
You should have known I could work a dog into this challenge. I have the red, white, and black covered. Now for the rest of the card. I created my vellum flower using a Cheery Lynn fringed cutie #3 rolled flower die. I recently purchased this flower die at Joan's. I am here to tell you this is the cutest rolled flower. So easy to make and just fun! A red pearl creates the center for this flower. For my border die I used the new grass die I purchased at Joan's recently. It is an Impression Obsession die. Perfect for my picket fence dies. The fence die I used on this card is a purchase I made at Joan's some time ago. I love this fence die. Oh heck I love fence dies. I just ordered and received from Joan this past week. My house die was also a recent die purchase from Joans. This die is by Memory Box. It worked perfect for this card. My little Labrador dog is an art impression stamp I also purchased at Joan's. She ordered this and three other dogs for me. Joan will special order items for you. My sentiment is from Cloud 9 cut with a spellbinder die set. Joan also carries spellbinders.
Thanks Joan and Selma for another great challenge!

Leaping Deer Birthday
Good Morning Ladies,
It's Saturday! I don't know what the line up will be today. I'm kinda free wheelin' it. But of course I will start out the day with a card. And that card is Leaping Deer Birthday . A mans card for sure.
Matted in dark blue and dark green this deer leaps across a stamped scene. The deer is cut with a sizzix die from Tim Holtz grunge paper. He is then sprayed with several colors of Tattered Angels spray. The background scene I created quite some time ago. It is stamped on grey card stock. The images are from Stampscapes. They are embossed with Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing powders. I love their embossing powders. The wish sentiment is from Fiskars.
This is the inside of the card.

Bouvier Dog Card
Good Morning Ladies,
I am still digging into new stamps. My cards reflect that. Today my card is Bouvier Dog Card .
The Bouvier stamp is from dog stamps plus. He was stamped on bristol board and colorized with Prisma pencil and gamsol. Cut with a spellbinder die with two layers to match. The floral background paper is from K&Company. It is an embossed paper. The butterfly was cut from a Cheery Lynn die. A piece of lace at the bottom tops this card off.
Happy Scraps,
Mrs. Swandog

TP Dog Purrs & Pants
Good Morning Ladies,
I am enjoying the windows being open. Even when it's a little chilly in the house in the morning. The winter was way too long.
My friend went to a stamp show a couple of weeks ago and picked up a couple of stamps for me. A company that I had looked at on-line but had not ordered from yet. So my card for today is TP Dog Purrs & Pants . And here it is....
I had fun with this stamp set. The dog unrolling the tp is stamped on bristol paper and colorized with Copic marker. The toilet handle is colorized using a stardust pen. This was then hand cut. My background card stock is and embossed card stock by K& Company. It reminds me of wallpaper. I used a brown card stock to ground the toilet and the dog. The window is cut from a Memory box die and backed with blue card stock for sky. The sentiment reads Dog Decree #4: "Toilet Paper" is something that humans spend too much time unrolling little by little. Dogs are simply more efficient at this. This reminds me of my dog Windy...very efficient.
A fun card!

Follow Your Dreams Horse
Good Morning Ladies,
I had plenty of rest last night. I am having fun using all my new products. Joan's Garden is my go to place for all my dies. My rubber stamps come from everywhere under the sun.
My card for today is Follow Your Dreams Horse
The race horse image on this card was purchased on e-bay. I have no idea what company it is because it unmounted and unmarked. It is an awesome image so it only needed a simple backgroound. It was colorized with Prisma pencil and gamsol. Matted with a spellbinders die set. The base cardstock is from the botanical pad from Graphics 45. A brown ribbon tied at the bottom tops this card off.
The sentiment on the inside comes from two different companies. The possible sentiment comes from Stampland and the follow sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.

Joan's Challenge Peach Princess Fan
Good Morning Ladies,
What a great weekend! A great dog show and great food out with friends. And now on to a new week and a new challenge. This week my card is Joan's Challenge Peach Princess Fan
Here is the link to the Challenge http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/05/this-weeks-challenge.html
The requirements this week are:
Use some type of fan ( die-cut, stamped, etc.)
Use the colors peach, cream, and green
Use lace
Use pearls
Use something from http://www.atjoansgardens.com/
I created an interactive type of fan card and here it is....
For this card I only attached the back fan piece. My fan was cut using the Marianne fan die #LR0264 that I purchased at Joan's. This is a beautiful die. I cut the shadow from peach cardstock. The detailed fan pieces were cut from cream pearlized card stock. Each fan piece has three pearls on top in peach and a peach crown that was cut using a punch. Scalloped lace graces the bottom of this card. To keep with the beauty of the fan I added a princess and bear jewelry piece with rhinestones hanging from the bottom. A gold crown brad holds this all together. To top this card off I added a piece of gold tulle tied in a knot on the side of the fan.
This is the fan opened up on the card. This is the interactive part.
A close-up of the lace.
A close-up of the jewelry piece.
Thanks Joan and Selma for the awesome challenge. I really love the fan die. So much fun and so elegant.

Rock Star Birthday
Good Morning Ladies,
When I got home from the dog show yesterday I had a package in the mail from Joan's Gardens. New dies and a stamp. Oh happy day new things to play with this coming week.
My card for today is Rock Star Birthday
This card was created using a stamp set from Totally Stampalicious. I am still working on using all the new stamps I ordered from them. I stamped the rock star on bristol paper and colorized him with Copic markers. He was then hand cut. Then I cut the matting from a spellbinders die set. The rock star was attached to the smallest die cut with a wobbler for added fun. The edges are inked on the sentiment. Ceramic tile stars top this card off.
A view of the wobbler.
This is the inside of the card.

Good Morning Ladies,
Off to another dog show again this morning at TCDTC in La Porte. Come on out and check out the dog show. I will have my cards there also.
My card for today is... Graphics 45 Happy Birthday Train
The paper is from the Graphics 45 fun and games pad. Don't you just love Graphics 45. They make it so easy to put something together that looks great. The stamp is from Prima. It worked perfect with this collection. Stamped in black on bristol paper. Then cut and matted with a spellbinder die set. The edges are inked on all of the elements except for the black. The perfect man's birthday card.

Friend Stampin' Up
Good Morning Ladies,
Well the temp dropped off yesterday. I was so enjoying the warm. I feel blessed there is no snow.
My card for today is Friend Stampin' Up
This card started with a prima paper pad. I love fairies so this paper is the first I have used from this pad. It seemed like the perfect background for the Stampin' Up sentiment. The white leaves under the flowers were created using the Cheery Lynn die set build a flower #1. The roses were created using a sizzix die. A pearl sprig sits under one of the roses. A sheer ribbon is tied at the bottom. To top this card off pearls dance around the die cut the sentiment is stamped on. I love this sentiment set.
A close up of the roses.
