Surf''s Up!

Good Morning Ladies,
The weather is warming slowly. That makes me happy! The dogs are happy too! It's good not to put on that heavy coat. It has me thinking of summer. So today my card is Surf''s Up!

This is a step card. I did not cut the step card myself. This is a pre-cut step card from Repeat Impressions. It made this card a breeze. I got into my vintage embossed cuts again and found these beach children. The brown pieces are inked in brown cat's eye ink and the blue pieces are inked in harbor cat's eye ink. The ocean tile is from EK Success. The charms are from my old stock. Surf' Up! sentiment is from See D's and the Happy Birthday is from The Stamps of Life. A bright sunny summer card.
