Here is my card.
The tags on this card were created using the spray smoosh technique. The tags are 7 gypsy tags. The penguins are an image from Sweet Stamps. They were stamped on black. The ice was highlighted with a white gel pen as well as the snow in the sky. The moon was created using a Dylusions stencil. The stencil was laid down on the tag and Memento Luxe ink was filled in one of circles using my finger. A gold metallic pen was used to create the highlight at the top of the moon and a black copic marker was used to create the shadow at the bottom of the moon. The card base was covered with glitter paper. The tag tie and ribbon at the bottom of the card accent the card.
A close-up of the tag.
The inside sentiment is stamped on the mirror of the tag on the front.
Happy Scraps,
Mrs. Swandog

Gorgeous tag and I love the penguin image! Love the "swooshing" too - such a beautiful look. Thank you for sharing it in our challenge at One Crazy Stamper
