Tulip Happy Birthday

Good Morning Ladies,
I am blogging before I head out for today. I am short on birthday cards so that is what I have been creating. Today's card is Tulip Happy Birthday

 This card started with the tulip oval by Inky Antics. It is colorized with copic markers. This was hand cut. The blue layer behind it was cut using a spellbinder die set. Pink and white polka dot backs this with another layer of blue. A ribbon tied at the bottom and pearls top this card off.
