Good Morning Ladies,
I am loving this warm weather. Thankfully we have not had any of the damaging storms that other parts of the country have had.
I have been having fun creating with things I picked up at the stamp show. Today I have a Floral Rabbit Easter Card for you...
I don't remember what company the floral rabbit is from. I bought it unmounted. I stamped the rabbit on bristol board and stamped with archival ink in black. I colorized the flowers and vines with spica pens. I curved the ears, nose and tail and added pop dots to give it a little rise. I mounted the rabbit on a double stack of spellbinders die cuts. The flowers were created using a stamp set. Three layers create the flowers, all hand cut with a brad for the center. The leaf die cut is from memory box. The bottom layer is a piece of washi paper from a origami paper pack. I tried something totally different for me. I punched a Martha Stewart border and for the first time place green glitter ribbon under it. I am happy that I can see the whole design of the border punch and have my glitter ribbon.
This is the inside of the card. The blessed easter stamp is from the dollar bin wood stamps at Micheals.
I have decided to enter this in the pink elephant blog challenge. Check it out here http://thepinkelephantchallenge.blogspot.com/2012/03/pink-elephant-tpe138.html

Egg Ornaments 3
Good Morning Ladies,
I had fun creating yesterday. I did a couple more egg ornaments for you today. And here they are.... Egg Ornaments 3 ....
This egg ornament is created with a little bigger egg. It does not have glitter on it. Instead it has a clear pebbly look.
When I went to the stamp show I purchased more outline flower stamps. They have been added here in this egg topper.
This is another glitter egg. Purple and green for the topper from DCWV old world stack.
The topper of the purple eggs.

Joan's Challenge bunny #8
Good Morning Ladies,
I decided to make another card for the challenge over at http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2012/03/this-weeks-challenge.html
Here is my second card.....
For this card I used a bunny from sparkle and sprinkle. My ovals are cut from a spellbinders die set. The bunny and the smallest oval are glitter. I love glitter! These ovals sit on two mats both glitter. My corner flourish is a Cheery Lynn die that I purchased at Joan's. I have to go visit Joan and get some of those corner dies. The olive leaves are also Cherry Lynn from Joan's. My flower bases are from a Marianne die set. The tops of the flowers are rolled flowers.
A side view of my flowers.
This challenge was perfect for an Easter card. Thanks Joan and Selma for another fun challenge and inspiring me to get some Easter cards finished.

Joan's Challenge #8
Good Morning Ladies,
I had a wonderful birthday yesterday. I went with my sister's and my mother to the Indy stamp show. I wound my day up with dinner at Cowboy's with my family.
I had my challenge card ready yesterday but no time to post.
The requirements for the challenge are as follows:
create a card using corner embellishments
color theme should be blue and green
add some kind of flowers
use an oval background
You too can enter the challenge here http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2012/03/this-weeks-challenge.html
Here is my card....
To create this card I used two mossy green patterned papers and a blue patterned paper. My oval is cut with a scalloped oval spellbinders set. This oval was cut from bristol board. A fairy sitting on a mushroom was stamped on the oval. The image was colorized using prisma pencil, gamsol, and spica pens. My flowers were cut from blue cards stock with a die. After rolling and attaching with sticky dots stickles was added to the centers. The corners were created using a Cheery Lynn die out of blue swiss dot paper. This corner die that I purchased at Joan's is awesome. I have to say it is one of my favorite dies. It just gives any project that special feel.

Pink Easter Girl
Good Morning Ladies,
I am off on an adventure today with my mom and my sisters. We are going down to Indy to the stamp show. Woo Hoo!
Before I leave I have a card for you....
Pink Easter Girl This cute little girl with her bible and basket of eggs is a Prima image. My friend allowed me to stamp her off. I think she is just the cutest little girl. I colorized her with prisma pencil, gamsol, and spica pens. I cut her out with a spellbinders set. I used the same set to double mat her in pink. This was placed on a base of glitter accented card stock. The band like piece is cut from a martha stewart punch. To finish this card off I added and pink and white checked ribbon.
Well, I'm off to get ready for my fun day!

Glitter Egg Ornament 2
Good Morning Ladies,
I am having so much fun with the glitter ornaments. You know a girl loves glitter. So I add it anywhere I can.
Here is Glitter Egg Ornament 2 ...
Purple and green. I think my sister will love this one. The egg is purple glitter. Outlines flowers again for the topper. Instead of a bead this time I used one of my handmade flowers. It just gives it a different look and feel. I like it.
This is the top view of the egg. Gold embossing powder and card stock from DCWV old world stack.

Glitter Egg Ornament
Good Morning Ladies,
I am having fun with the outlines flower stamps. Here I have created a Glitter Egg Ornament ....
This is a coral glitter egg from Hobby Lobby. It is stryofoam egg covered in glitter. I made an outline flower topper for it.
This is a top view. I used cardstock from a dcwv coral pad. The embossing powder is queen's gold from Ranger. A crystal berry bead tops it off with gold wire for a hanger. These are fun to create. More to come...
